This program aims at building and strengthening AWIDA’s capacity to progressively adapt to changing environments so as to continue to effectively and efficiently implement its mandate.
The over program Objective is to increase and improve on AWIDA’s institutional capacity to deliver relevant and quality services, effectively and professionally execute its planned activities, assess impact and increase its internal control mechanisms.
Under this Program, AWIDA implements several activities aimed at enhancing its institutional Capacity including among others; strategic planning and resource mobilization, training of both voluntary and full-time personnel as well as holding of staff, board and sub-committees’ meetings regularly to review progress.
